The short version
We collect the information you give us and a little technical data that keeps the site working. We use it to answer your inquiries, send you updates you asked for and improve the site. We don't sell your information.
What we collect
When you send a booking inquiry or join the VIP list, we collect what you type into the form: typically your name, email address, phone number and the details of your event. When you browse the site, our hosting and analytics tools may record standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.
How we use it
Inquiry details go to our events team so we can respond to you. VIP list signups are used to send show announcements, drink specials and event news by email, and by text where you opted in; every message includes a way to opt out. Technical data is used in aggregate to understand how the site is used and to keep it secure.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers who make the site run: our email and text platform, our ticketing partners when you buy tickets, and analytics providers. They may only use it to provide their service to us. We don't sell personal information to anyone.
Keeping and removing your data
We keep inquiry and signup records for as long as they're useful for running the venue. Want off the VIP list, or want your details removed? Use the unsubscribe link in any email, reply STOP to any text, or contact us and we'll take care of it.
