These terms cover your use of stoneysrockincountry.com, run by Stoney's Rockin' Country at 6611 Las Vegas Blvd S, Suite 160, Las Vegas, NV 89119. By using the site you agree to them. If anything here doesn't sit right with you, the fix is simple: don't use the site.

The venue

Stoney's Rockin' Country is a 21+ venue, except where a specific event is advertised otherwise (for example, 18+ admission for Friday live entertainment). Valid government-issued ID is required for entry. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service and to remove anyone whose behavior puts other guests, staff or the venue at risk.

Mechanical bull riding, dancing and other activities are physical by nature and you take part at your own risk. Follow staff instructions and posted rules at all times.

Tickets and events

Tickets for shows are sold by third-party ticketing providers under their own terms, which apply to your purchase. Events, artists, dates, times and prices can change, and shows may sell out or be canceled; where a show is canceled, refunds are handled by the ticketing provider that sold your ticket.

Free events and standing weekly nights are subject to capacity and may change without notice.

Using this site

The content on this site — text, photos, video, logos and artwork — belongs to Stoney's or its licensors and is for your personal, non-commercial use. Don't copy, scrape or republish it without permission, and don't use the site in a way that breaks the law or interferes with anyone else's use of it.

Photography

Our venues are photographed and filmed regularly. By entering, you consent to appearing in photos and video that may be used in Stoney's marketing, including on this site and social media.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Stoney's is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
